The error message received on the checkout page, which states "in" is not a valid country code, is a result of some recent changes we made to the plugin.
In the past, the phone validator didn't work as intended. This meant that even if the phone number entered was invalid, customers could still proceed with their orders. This led to situations where customers believed the plugin didn't send messages, when in fact, the real issue was that the plugin couldn't correctly identify the country to which the message should be sent.
In version 1.9.11.7, we have addressed this issue. Now, your customers can receive notifications after placing an order on your website, and the phone validator will check if the phone number is valid before allowing the order to proceed.
